Who can participate?

Most events we offer will be geared toward school age children, but most of them also welcome younger siblings to attend.  Any restrictions such as minimum ages required will be clearly listed in the descriptions for the individual events.  Please read each event description carefully and ask any questions that you have BEFORE registering and paying because all events are only refundable if they are cancelled by "Show Up.  Have Fun." or by the venue or host.  Adults are not permitted to register for our events without children.

 

How does registration work?  

When you put all of the event registrations that you want in your cart and check out, you are requesting to be registered for those programs and authorizing payment for them.  Once your spaces in all of the programs you requested are confirmed, you will receive a Registration Confirmation email and your payment will be processed.  All registration requests will be processed within 24 hours.  

 

What does it cost?   

We believe in upfront pricing with no surprises at checkout.  The prices you see in the event listings are the exact prices you will pay when you check out.  All applicable fees are already included in the posted prices.

If there are any additional costs that must be paid directly to the venue (parking fees, for example), they will be clearly noted in the individual event listings.

 

Do you give refunds? 

Refunds will only be given if the event you have registered for is cancelled by "Show Up.  Have Fun." or by the host or venue.  Part of being able to offer a great variety of high-quality events is maintaining good relationships with program hosts and venues.  It is important that the venues we work with are compensated for the staff, space, and materials that they reserve for us.  Once you have registered and paid for an event, you are part of the confirmed headcount that we give the venue for the program you signed up for and the venue is paid for your spot whether you show up or not.

 

Are parents required to stay with their children for events?

Yes.  “Show Up.  Have Fun.” provides scheduling services.  We do not at any time offer childcare.  All children must have a parent or other responsible adult appointed by the parent present at the event venue for the duration of the program.

 

Do you offer transportation to and from events?

No.  “Show Up. Have Fun.” provides scheduling services.  All transportation to and from events is the responsibility of those registering.

 

Can customers contact you with specific requests for events or programs?

Absolutely!  Email your requests to info@showuphavefunsavannah.com.  If we get multiple requests for the same program, we will certainly look into getting it on the schedule.
